1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the item. After that, shipping times vary by location:

            Production: 2-4 days

  • U.S. Orders: 4-6 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days
    You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships!

2. Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Most of our products are customizable. Just follow the instructions on the product page to add names, photos, or messages. If you have a special request, feel free to reach out — we love making your ideas come to life.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since most of our items are made-to-order and personalized, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake on our end, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right.

4. What if I made a mistake in my customization?

If you notice a typo or mistake in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to fix it before production begins. After production starts, changes may not be possible. You can contact us via email about your orders.   help@rubyhoodygift.com
